    Szanowni Państwo,

    W dniu 05.01.2024 dokonałam zakupu subskrypcji „CONTENT AI STARTER”.
    Niestety zakupione kredyty Content AI nie zostały dodane do mojego konta Rank Math.
    Prawdopodobnie istnieje rozbieżność między e-mailami na moich kontach Rank Math (b****@f****************) i Content AI (f**********@o******).

    Zwracam się do Państwa z uprzejmą prośbą o połączenie obu kont lub przeniesienie moich środków (subskrypcji „CONTENT AI STARTER”) na adres e-mail: b****@f**************** (powiązany z moim kontem Rank Math).

    Please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
