    I would like to apologise. As i got upset as your team, and got verbally abusive.

    I am upset as I reached out for help to fix the tracking Data on Rank Math PRO.

    But in doing so, your team has accidentally done the following:

    1 Nitropack is broken
    2) Google Seach Console (Sitemap)
    3) Rankmath is broken due to sitemap
    4) Google analytics is broken
    5) Sitemap is broken
    ———

    So as you can see, this is why I got upset….

    I would appreciate it if you accept my apology, and help me with the task again. As your team I gave access to has broken #1 – #5

    It’s our policy to never touch settings from other plugins on the users’ websites and before doing any fundamental changes we always ask for permission unless it’s something that is proven to fix the issue and only affects our plugin.

    In your case, you came to us with an issue in the Analytics modules so the only things the team checked and made some changes to were related to this module.

    If you are having issues with the sitemap, please state what those issues are and we’ll surely assist you with getting those resolved.

    Hi Miguel,

    I was able to resolve the issue through my Webhost Provider (WP ENGINE)

    The issue was:

    – The plan got downgraded
    – This resulted in the issues above
    – After I found out that my RankMath settings had been reset due to your team down grading it, I was able to fix the issue.

    My apologies for the late reply and thank you for your help regardless of my poor behaviour.

    Or if I need to swap to another paid plugin?

    Downgrading the plan shouldn’t cause any issues with your sitemap. Upon checking your sitemap, we don’t see any issues with it:

    If you are also referring to areas outside Rank Math such as the Nitropack, please note that downgrading the plan will not affect other plugins, this never happened and we haven’t heard any issues like this from other users. The issue must be from something else. Let us help you identify that. Please share the details of these issues, perhaps some screenshots or error message/logs.

    After I found out that my RankMath settings had been reset due to your team down grading it, I was able to fix the issue.

    Can you please let us know which settings were affected after the downgrade?

    Hi Jeremy,

    My question was “Can i re-upgrade my plan”

    The reason I ask this is because I got angry at the RankMath support staff.

    This ended up in the staff removing my RankMath subscription.

    I would like to continue using the paid version if possible. If not, I need to move on to another plugin ASAP so I don’t have a massive SEO drop.

    Also, regarding the information above and your questions, what caused the issues were:

    1) Your staff removing my paid plan, this disconnected all services and caused all the issues.
    2) I was able to able to resolve the issues by going through all the settings and re-enabling settings that should have been enabled, regardless of the downgrade. (So I presume it reset to default, causing these issues, which have now been resolved)
