Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.
Rank Math detects the core language you have set in WordPress. Could you please confirm if that is your setup on your site? To get the best results and more accurate ones, the language of the website and backend WordPress should match.
However, there are content analysis tests that Rank Math can only detect some languages in which we have included translations, and the Hebrew language is not one of them.
You can check all the available languages we have at the moment here:
https://rankmath.com/blog/power-words/However, if you want to add the Hewbrew power words manually for Rank Math to be detected, you can use and customize this filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#add-custom-power-wordsRegarding WPML, it is already compatible with Rank Math:
https://rankmath.com/kb/multilingual-seo-wpml/Hope that helps.
Thank you.
thanks for the speedy answer
1. we have pages like these
https://www.kideno.com/en/product/headphones-for-babies-against-noise-for-children-stretcher/
but to this page we have
https://www.kideno.com/en/product/headphones-for-babies-against-noise-for-children-stretcher/?currency=EUR
for example, would your canonical know to recognize the url to put in the url, we just don’t want duplicate canonical2. if i install rankmath, you already know how to import settings from Yoast right?
3. key reason why we leave yoast is the speed, how does the optimization works with you, do you have a WP Cli command for optimization, so potentially we can setup a cron for this?
they use it for – not sure if you need this or have this
internal link counter, prominent words calculation and indexables4. i am not worried about powerwords of hebrew, since our blog posts written are in english and only then translated via wpml to everything others
OUR main language on wordpress is hebrew, but when we use the admin its in englishHello,
1. Yes, the canonical URL in Rank Math would point to the main page you have shared to prevent duplicate or similar content.
2. Importing from Yoast would be easily done in just a few clicks by following our guide here:
https://rankmath.com/kb/yoast-seo-migration/3. Installing Rank Math will not hamper the speed of your website as Rank Math’s code has been created and optimized for maximum performance. You can read more about it here:
https://rankmath.com/kb/does-installing-rank-math-slow-down-my-website/4. If you’re translating your content with WPML, then that should work as well with Rank Math’s WPML integration we mentioned above.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
