You can disconnect your Rank Math Account by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help > Disconnect
Alternatively, you can log in to your Rank Math Account Area > Websites > select the website you want to disconnect and click the Disconnect button:
Regarding the support ticket that disappeared, you requested your tickets be deleted except this one.

2. Regarding the tickets, NO! I asked to delete all tickets a WHILE AGO. I made the new ticket a WEEK OR MORE LATER, and it still disappeared. This happens frequently, it has nothing to do with my request for OLD tickets to be deleted.
