Are you encountering the issue with sitemap?
If so, please be advised that the noindex tag is added to the sitemaps on purpose, and you shouldn’t be worried about that, as it’s completely fine and absolutely normal to have noindex tag on your sitemap URLs. The sitemaps, by default, are set to noindex so that it doesn’t get indexed and appear in the search results.
Please be advised that the sitemap should only be submitted in the sitemaps sections in the Search Console.
