That said, to help you fix this issue please follow these steps:
- First, please install the Query Monitor plugin on your website. This plugin will help us identify any queries related to Rank Math that might be slowing down your dashboard. Once you install it, please go to your dashboard and look for the Query Monitor icon on the top bar. Click on it and take a screenshot for us. You can use this tool to upload the screenshot and share the link with us.
- Second, please check the PHP values of your site by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. These values affect the performance of your site and they should be set according to the following recommendations:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
If any of these values are lower than the recommended ones, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase them for you.
- Third, please go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reduce the number of days in the Analytics Database section. This will help you optimize the database size and speed up the loading time. You can choose to store 30 or 60 days of analytics data depending on your preference.
After you change the number of days, please save the settings and then click on the Delete Data button and then Update Data Manually. This will delete the old data and fetch the new data based on your settings.

I already see your support will NOT HELP resolve my issue. I have given you the information that this slowdown occurs sometimes, so screenshoting query monitor is a waste of time in my opinion. For this reason I have provided you with the cloned staging site and the administrator access.
Regarding the:
1) X-ray results, I have uploaded it to wetransfer: https://we.tl/t-x0FEGmW8Ob .
2) All these variables are much higher on my host:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M (I have 2048M)
Max input time: 150 (I have 420)
PHP time limit: 120 (I have 9000)
PHP max input variables: 1000 (I have 10 000)
3) “reduce the number of days in the Analytics Database section” > I am not using Rankmath Analytics at all.

The report you have shared doesn’t show a specific slow query from our plugin. I have also checked various sections of your staging site, and there was no slow down or slow queries from our plugin.
