I uploaded screenshots of the search resukts and the text I entered. I have also entered longer snippet text, it will also not be displayed.

Yahoo/Bing has not crawled your site since the first of Feb, so if you have changed the text after that date – you have to wait for Yahoo/Bing to recrawl your website again to update the details.
Yahoo Search is powered by Bing, so once your website gets updated on Bing, the update will also reflect on Yahoo. If you do not want to wait for when Bing crawls your site, you can try using the Bing URL Submission tool to speed up the process.
