I submitted an inquiry with your chatbot regarding a metadata issue I’m having. When I share my URL there is something in my metadata that is treating my home page like a blog post by showing a “written by” and a “time to read” – I have looked everywhere to find the metadata causing this to turn off but can’t locate it.
The chatbot walked me through the steps to turn this off in the Titles & Meta “Homepage” section, however there’s nothing there for me to toggle or edit. It just says “Static page is set as the front page (WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading). To add SEO title, description, and meta for the homepage, please click here:”
When I went back to the chatbot it gave me another alternative by editing the page (which also doesn’t exist), and finally said “Based on the provided context, there are no specific settings in Rank Math to remove “written by” and “time to read” from the homepage. If you have further questions or need assistance with other Rank Math features, feel free to ask!”
So my question is how do I remove this? My home page isn’t a blog post.
If it’s not possible I will need to delete the plugin.
