WordPress Post Tag Sitemap 404 Error

For initial troubleshooting, can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Please let us know how this goes.

Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags, and from there make sure the Tag Archives Robots Meta are set to index.

Once done, please clear your sitemap cache again by following this video screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
