With shop manager role SEO TITLE and DESCRIPTION are not saved

    We configured “Shop mnager” role to mnanage Seo tilte and description through Rank Math role configurator but when logged as shop manager these are not saved.

    We don’t receive any error and don’t have nay js error, we also tested firewall blocks and everything is fine.

    Can you please help us?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Upon checking the Rank Math routes, it is getting blocked by your WordFence firewall. Please refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.

    We’ve tried logging in to your site to whitelist the routes, but the credentials you have shared as an admin are not working.

    Hello,

    The username or password for the admin role is still not working. Could you please check?

    However, the Shop manager role logins are working fine. But, we’re unable to perform the whitelisting steps since the access is limited.

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    The admin logins are already working fine, and I have whitelisted the Rank Math routes so the Shop Manager role can save the metadata on your site.

    Please also check with them if they can do the same.
