Why my some pages are not showing on the sitemap

Charbonnet xml the main pages xml doesn’t show certain pages eg https://www.charbonnetlawfirm.com/practice-area/medical-malpractice/

https://www.charbonnetlawfirm.com/page-sitemap.xml

I do see this xml for posts and more pages but it’s missing the above landing page:

https://www.charbonnetlawfirm.com/post-sitemap.xml

And please note,
https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/ (already read and we follow all criteria)

please help me our ASAP.

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

That should fix the issue.

Sorry for the confusion.

I tested the parent sitemap at https://www.charbonnetlawfirm.com/sitemap_index.xml and I see the URLs you mentioned above are part of a custom post type and it’s visible in sitemap at https://www.charbonnetlawfirm.com/personal_injury-sitemap.xml
