Coming back to the issue, can you please try following the steps below to see if that works for you?
#1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

#2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

#3. If the above steps doesn’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Thanks for your response. But unfortunately, I tried all the steps but the problem is still not fixed. The main page is not showing.

Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays and set Homepage from the dropdown to add your homepage in the sitemap.

Leave it, I think i need to shift on yoast seo plugin because in yoast the page is showing.
Rank Math is really a good plugin but i think Rank Math team needs improvement on real seo methods that really help google to understand and rank our website.
