Why my credits are gone?

    Dear Sirs,

    first of all I have to say that I like your product VERY MUCH and I am using it almost every day.
    I create websites and your soft is helping me to reach a “next level” – ranking in Google.
    Nevertheless at the moment I am unfortunately very disappointed.
    Some time ago I bought a “credits package” to position the pages even better.
    I’m actually working on the plytkizcegly.com.pl website, and suddenly I noticed that all the credits have disappeared (I bought 60 credits, I think, and I still had 52 credits a while ago).

    Please explain urgently why my 52 credits have disappeared.

    I am all the more disappointed as I had planned to buy more services from you, but I cannot afford such a “magical” disappearance of money.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with Content AI.

    As you might know, we recently released a revamped version of Content AI and you might need to refresh the credits to start using Content AI.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
