Could you please confirm if the page was deleted as well in your WordPress dashboard > Posts? You can check if it was saved as a draft or unpublished.
Meanwhile, Rank Math converts your posts to drafts when you’re using the JobPosting Schema. Could you please confirm if that’s the case in your posts?
If so, by default, Rank Math sets the option Unpublish when expired as Yes, and when you set a Posting Expiry Date, Rank Math would automatically convert the post listing to draft after this date.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugins/theme on your site.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
