When connecting Google account to analitics RankMath does not see AdSense accoun - Support

Hi, I have strange behavior here.
When I connect Google account to RankMath and setup Search console and Google analytics for the client property I can also select AdSense for my own Google AdSense, but I have several properties for different clients, but does not allows me to select wich one I need to be linked to, but only gives me one option iwth my name and some number, that does not correspond to any account under my AdSense.

So I have decided to try using Client’s Google Account to connect the properties, just to be sure he connects to his Google AdSense, as he has only one property there for himself.

When I connect RankMath Analytis with User’s initial Google Account where he has all accounts for Google Analytics, Google Search console and AdSense – then AdSense is blank – does not see any accounts at all.

Im just wounder is there are anything need to be done before I can see the AdSense account when connecting in RankMath analytics? In Google Analytics I can see it’s linked to AdSense account.

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Would you please try reconnecting the user’s Google account. Remove RankMath’s app from the Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect the Google service and this time, ensure that all permissions are checked including AdSense:

After that, configure the Analytics settings and save it.

If the issue persists, let us know here and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Hi, this is have been done already, Tried to reconnect with Client’s account and selected all the ticke boxes to provide access.
Connecting back to my google accouunt – works streight away. Reconnecting with Client’s Google account AdSense box empty does not show anything. It does recognise Search console and Analytics, but not AdSense for some reason.

Please note that AdSense and advanced Google Analytics integration is available only to our PRO plugin. If you are using the PRO plugin, please share the email address you used to purchase the subscription so we can verify it for you.

Back to the issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
