Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please follow these steps for initial troubleshooting:
1. Please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click theReconnect:Allow all the permissions on the next screen.

3. Once the above process is done, please follow the URL below to properly connect your Google account with Rank Math:

Thank you.
It didn’t resolve the problem.
Hello,
Thank you for following up here. And I’m sorry you’re dealing with this.
When connecting the Search Console to the plugin, it is important to note that Rank Math does not support connection to Google Search Console via domain property, only via a URL prefix, please confirm that you’re using a URL prefix. Also double-check that the correct version of your website is verified on Google Search Console (i.e http/https and www/non-www).
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve checked your site, and the necessary tables and permissions are already set in the plugin.
In this case, please ensure that you have verified your email/account as the owner of the property. Head over to your Search Console > Settings > Users and permissions on GSC as shown below:
Then, ensure that you have already created the property on your site (URL Prefix):
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-how-to-add-your-website-to-the-google-search-consoleOnce done, reconnect inside your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hi, search console now works. It seems that my account wasn’t connected to the Google search console at all. Now it’s the same issue with the google analytics, so if you could provide me with some further reads so I can finish the set up, then I’d be really grateful 🙂
Hello,
In the event that you don’t already have a Google Analytics property for your website, head over to Google Analytics to add your website.
Once done return to Rank Math to select the Google Analytics property after reconnecting your Google account again.
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click the
Reconnect. You can also follow the steps thoroughly as mentioned in this KB :
