WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram use the OpenGraph tags added for Facebook to generate the link preview. So, the settings you will set for Facebook will also be used for the other social media sites.

But this url https://tinyurl.com/dx4kecpv website privew thumbnail is showing everywhere like whatsapp Telegram And Facebook etc i published both post same day.
But another website without setup any plugin link fetch by default post image. I want this option.
Earlier, as soon as the link was shared, it used to get automatically phased. Why is the website link preview thumbnail no longer there?
Please help me to solve this issue.

Hello,
I see that you are using Jetpack CDN to accelerate the page load and I also confirm that the first link the image is not visible. I even tried to Scrape the link again and yet it didn’t showed up correctly.
Would you please try to deactivating the Jetpack to see if the image is seen in Facebook? Do remember to clear server cache before testing it.
If the above solution didn’t work, try renaming the image and uploading it again.
