Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with internal redirections on your website. Internal redirection problems can be quite frustrating, but we are here to help you resolve them.
To troubleshoot and fix the issue of internal redirections failing on your website, you can follow these steps:
-
Perform a Self-Diagnosis:
- Head over to the Redirections option inside Rank Math and check the list of all the redirections that have been created.
- Look for any obvious issues like blank redirections, infinite loops, incorrectly formatted redirects, or redirects to unknown locations.
- Try fixing any identified issues yourself to see if it resolves the problem.
-
Check for Plugin or Theme Conflicts:
- Sometimes conflicts between plugins or themes can cause unexpected redirection issues. You can perform a quick conflict check by disabling Rank Math and other plugins one by one to identify the culprit.
If after following these steps you are still facing issues with internal redirections, please feel free to open a support ticket on our support forum. Our dedicated support team will assist you further in resolving the problem.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We are here to help you 24×7, 365 days a year.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please share some affected URLs with us so that we can check the issue further for you?
Meanwhile, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and hit the “Save Changes” button (without making any changes) to clear the permalink cache.
Once done, please clear your website cache and see if that works for you.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
Since you are no longer able to add new redirections, please try re-creating the database table for the redirection module. You can do that in your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Re-create Tables”.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
