You mentioned that you have added the code to your functions.php file.
Please note that the breadcrumbs code should be added to your theme’s single.php or header.php files:
https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/#theme-template-files
You can also get in touch with your theme provider if those files are not present in your theme files so they can assist you in applying the code.
