    In march we adquire 50 credits for content ai. but right now in my wordpress said that we have 0 credits. and its confused beaceuse we had 40 yet. please your support here.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry about the problems.

    The issue happened because your old plan was cancelled on FastSpring side and could not be automatically converted to our new Content AI system.

    We have converted your plan now, you’ll have 5000 monthly credits, please check.

    After your subscription expire (March 25, 2024), you’ll have to purchase new one as this cannot be renewed anymore.
