    we purchased the first level of ai credits, not realizing how fast they will be used. We then bought the max package and instantly we were deducted the credits of the previous order? can anyone help explain why we did not get the full 45k credits?

    When you purchase the Content AI plan, each purchase provides a specific number of credits based on your subscription level. It’s important to note that purchasing the plan again does not accumulate or stack credits. Each time you research a keyword, 500 credits will be deducted from your account.

    If you need additional credits, you can purchase them separately from the pricing section on the Rank Math website.

    I dont think this accurately explains. We purchase. used. then purchased a brand new plan. We have been charged for the first and second order but in second order we were deducted the credits of the first order which we used. Simple math shows we should have started with 45k credits when we ordered 45k credits. this is incredibly confusing system of rank math and we are about to find other options if this can’t get resolved.

    We have added 7500 credits in lieu of your first plan.

    Please note that each Content AI Keyword Research request will cost 500 Credits while every word you generate will consume 1 Credit.
