Thank you for sharing the affected URLs.
Since you have enabled the nofollow external link feature in Rank Math > General Settings > Links, then the Rank Math content analysis will prompt that as not yet set to nofollow since the nofollow external links feature adds the tag when the page loads on a browser, and not while editing the page.
I’ve also attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section where the external link is already set to nofollow.
However, Search Engines like Google test the live version of your site, and the content analysis function for that specific test can be safely ignored in this case.
Moreover, you can disable that specific test so it won’t get added to the score in Rank Math’s content analysis test by using this filter:
