Looking at this further it looks like the problem might be coming from your Video Schema. The reason is that the video sitemap follows the VideoObject schema and the video sitemap uses the data from the video schema to generate the sitemap entries.

Looking at your website source it does look like the uploadDate tag of your video schema is in the Persian format. Here are some screenshots to show you what I mean:

And here are screenshots of the same date format on your video schema and tags

As you can see, the date format on your sitemap is consistent with that of your video schema.

To fix this, you need to edit your video schemas and change the upload date format to the default one. Like this:

After you do this, clear your site’s cache and check your video sitemap again and let us know if it’s the same or is now showing the correct date format.

Our sitemap is just following the same format that you have set on your website and that is seen in the WordPress settings as well:

We use default PHP and WordPress functions to parse the dates and since you are using the Shamsi calendar we are outputting the dates that are passed to the functions via the data in the database.

That happens because the dates on the other sitemaps come from the date saved in the database and WordPress is making the conversion before inserting the date.

The Video Sitemap acts differently as the dates as taken from the Video Schema and use default PHP functions such as the date() function to calculate the correct date.
