I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the Video Schema Thumbnail option in the free version of Rank Math. In the free version, the option to add a custom thumbnail URL directly to the Video Schema is not available.
However, you can still add a thumbnail image to your videos by following these steps:

Add a Featured Image: If you have enabled the Autodetect Video and Autogenerate Image options, Rank Math will automatically detect your videos and fetch their thumbnails. If your video is hosted on your WordPress site, Rank Math will use your featured image as the thumbnail image. You can follow the steps mentioned in this guide to add a featured image to your WordPress post or page.

Autogenerate Image (PRO): In the PRO version of Rank Math, you can enable the Autogenerate Image option to automatically generate a thumbnail whenever a new video is detected. This thumbnail will be saved to your WordPress Media Library and assigned to the Video Thumbnail field in the Video Schema. You can check if the thumbnail is being generated properly by verifying the thumbnailURL property of the generated Video Schema Markup. More details can be found here.

Thank you for your messages. I have tested pro version of Rankmath on my friends website to know how thing will work after subscribing for pro plan of Rankmath. I have enabled video sitemap option from dashboard but when I open my video sitemap URL then, it will only show 3 videos why not others? I already have selected post option but why my other videos are not showing?
Rankmath not fetching thumbnail from video automatically. Every time I have to upload featured image for video or provide my CDN URLs from where I have hosted all my images for videos. How to do this process automatically?

You can use the Autogenerate Image option available in Rank Math by going to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta Settings inside your WordPress dashboard. Choose the post type for which you want to enable the Autodetect Video option from the list of sections shown on the left.
Scroll down the page to find the option to enable Autodetect Video.
Once you enable the option to Autodetect Video, another option to Autogenerate Image appears below it.

In addition and regarding the issue with the sitemap, please follow the steps below to see if it works for you.
#1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

#2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

#3. If the above steps doesn’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

I have followed all the above steps but still there are only 3 videos are showing in video sitemap. Still the process is not automatic after enabling auto generated images and auto detect video option.

I also have tried flushing sitemap cache by following the instructions you provided to me. I am not using any cache plugin on my website.

Would like to know an update about it as It’s a little bit urgent
In my GSC -> pages section there are permalinks which I have never created, for example – ?filter=random, index.php, etc. How to stop them from creating as these links are giving me 404 error. I have already changed the permalink structure of site to post name. I am using RankMath and redirect all 404 page error to my site homepage but then, I am getting ‘Page with redirect’ issue in GSC. Anyone have any solution?
