VAT-ID cannot be validated - Support

Hello everyone,

I’d like to try out the Pro-Version of your plugin. Since I’m buying the license for the company I work for, I’d like to enter my VAT-ID to save the VAT. But I always get the error message: Ihre Mehrwertsteuer-Identifikationsnummer konnte nicht validiert werden.

I double-checked the ID and it is correct, so I don’t know why you cannot validate it. Looking forward to your response.

Hello everyone,

I got it resolved: It seemed to be a problem with the localisatuon. For some reason FastSpring thought that we are located in Romania. After I switched to Germany it took the VAT-ID asa intended.
