Users other than Admin CANNOT change RankMath Seo Keywords or Edit Snippet

You can restrict certain users from accessing some functions of Rank Math using the Role Manager feature in Rank Math.

Role Manager an innovative feature that lets you restrict Rank Math’s individual features for each user, depending on what roles you give them on your website.

To enable the Role Manager feature in your website, head over to the WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules and then enable the Role Manager module from the list.

Do note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If the Role Manager is not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/

To start using the Role Manager, hover over Rank Math’s menu entry in the WordPress menu and then click Role Manager in the submenu that appears.

The way the Role Manager works is pretty simple. With each role, you’ll see a list of Rank Math functions that are enabled or disabled. Enable or disable the specific functions that you would want a role to have or not have. For example, an Administrator should have all the rights of a site.

Therefore, to restrict access to content AI for certain users, all you need to do is to unmark Content AI for the user role. For example, the image below shows that Content AI has been unmarked/disable for the Author.
