Hello,
I have 141 pages that are correctly setup for indexing (check in source code with this URL exemple: https://tapisbazar.com/guides-tapis/tapis-mettre-cuisine) BUT they are not on my rank math sitemap.
I checked all your videos and tutorials / threads forum but I don’t have any solution…
Thank you for your help!

Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your sitemap. It’s important to ensure that all your pages are correctly indexed and included in the sitemap for proper visibility.
To address this issue, you can follow these steps:
-
Check if Your Sitemap is Accessible: You can use the httpstatus.io tool to check the status of your sitemap URL and identify any issues preventing it from being accessed by search engines.
-
Ensure the Sitemap is Located in the Root Folder: If you manually created the sitemap, ensure it is installed in the root folder of your WordPress installation. The correct format for the sitemap URL should be `https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Index-titles-and-meta-settings.png
-
Validate Your Sitemap: You can use the Validate XML Sitemap tool to confirm that your sitemap is correctly configured.
-
Ensure Your Posts Are Set to Index: Check if your posts are set to index by heading over to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and enabling the Index checkbox in the Robots Meta settings.
If you’ve gone through these steps and are still experiencing issues, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Thank you for reaching out!

Hello,
In this case, the pages will be automatically included in your sitemap whenever you uncheck the Search engine visibility option in WP Dashboard > Settings > Readings. If they don’t get included, you can try to follow the steps from this video screencast to flush your sitemap cache: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.Hello,
1) I unchecked the Search engine visibility option in WP Dashboard > Settings > Readings and it doesn’t work.
2) I follow instructions on your video to flush my sitemap cache and it still doesn’t work…
Thanks!
Hello,
We logged in to your site using the provided access details in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Upon checking we can indeed see that the pages do not appear in the sitemap.
This looks like a heavy server caching issue.
Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to completely delete all the server level caches and hard reset the server caches.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
Hello Alhan,
I confirm you that my hosting provider completely delete all the server level caches and hard reset the server caches but issue is still not fixed…
What can I do? This content is a big part of our SEO strategy and we are blocked since 1 week with this bug.
Thanks for your help!

Hello,
Bug is still here and URLs not showing into pages sitemap…
Hello,
The patch might have been overwritten by an update; but even better we had a discussion and it seems RankMath does not expect post meta of
rank_math_robots
to have a value ofNULL
which is causing this issue (might be, you imported this data and this issue developed), and instead of adding a fix for this, it will be better to removerank_math_robots
metas that have a value ofNULL
from your website. To do this, please make a database backup of your site and let us know, so we may run below query to remove the NULL
rank_math_robots
metas. Also it seems like the admin login details are not working anymore, could you please correct that as well.
We are looking forward to having this issue resolved.
Thank you
