I’ve checked the URL, and it seems that it was being redirected by your server. Could you please check with your web host on your website configuration to check the redirect?
You can also check for conflicting plugins/theme on your site. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
