using a new plugin and stuff. and still having the same issue

    Hello,

Since the sitemap is already available to Google and it can be seen the issue is because the sitemap is still in the pending state and it might or might not be read in the future.

There is a very good post on the Google forums from one of the product experts that explains this in detail: https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/184533703/are-you-seeing-couldn-t-fetch-reported-for-your-sitemap?hl=en

As mentioned in the article, it can take weeks or months for some sitemaps to be read depending on the backlog from Google and that is irrelevant of the SEO plugin or sitemap plugin you are using.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
