Urgent: Rank Math Issue – “Error Undefined” on Publish/Update URL

I hope this ticket finds you well. My name is Abhay Ram, and I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue that I am currently experiencing with the Rank Math plugin.

Recently, I updated one of my posts and attempted to update the URL using the Rank Math Publish/Update URL feature. Unfortunately, I encountered an error that simply states “Error Undefined.” I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

Additionally, when I tried to use the “Index Now” option, the process succeeded without any issues. However, when attempting to use the “Update URL” or “Get Status” options, I consistently received the same “Error Undefined” message.

This issue is affecting my ability to efficiently manage my website’s SEO, and I am reaching out to seek your assistance in resolving this matter. I have attached a screenshot of the error to provide more clarity on the issue.
