    Hello,
    I’ve been working on the SEO for https://unmistakablecreative.com/, however the site now has an error and most pages are not displaying any content.
    I want to connect to Rank Math Pro and it says:
    “Rank Math PRO is installed but it is not connected to your account, so you are missing out on important SEO features.
    Connect now. It only takes 20 seconds!”
    However I don’t know the client’s Rank Math Pro account details.
    Is it possible for you to connect it?
    Alternatively, can I buy the Pro version myself very temporarily (e.g. for one month, rather than a year) and then you switch back afterwards?
    The client’s currently not available, so I can’t get hold of him.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    It’s not possible for us to connect the website to the account that is holding the PRO subscription as we don’t have access to the website backend to make the connection.

    You would need to try and get in touch with the client that holds the subscription so that he can make the connection which only takes a couple of seconds.

    Purchasing a subscription just for this connection is not recommended as you would have to make the switch back and also the website would disappear from the user account which could cause some confusion, especially if the current user is not reachable and decides to check his websites.
