I trust this message finds you well. My name is Sudhir, and I am reaching out to seek your expertise in resolving certain issues I am facing with the RankMath plugin.

Bhanu, Recommended that I contact your support team for assistance, and I have created this support ticket in reference to his suggestion.

Issue Details:

I recently launched my e-commerce website, Jewelszone, and while I have successfully set up the website using WooCommerce, I am encountering warning messages from Google through the Google Search Console. Unfortunately, I lack the technical expertise to comprehend and resolve the following issues:

Duplicate without user-selected canonical
Page with redirect
Not found (404)
Alternate page with proper canonical tag
Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag

I have attempted to address these concerns by configuring the RankMath plugin, following online recommendations. However, the errors persist.

I kindly request your support in resolving these issues. Any guidance or step-by-step instructions on configuring the RankMath plugin to rectify the mentioned errors would be highly appreciated.

Hi Rakibuzzaman,

First of all thanks for your reply with the helpful articles, I’ll go through to your suggested articles and I’ll try to resolve the issue but still the issue persist then I’ll let you know about the same.

Additionally I would like to inform you that I’m using Pinterest Plugin for my WooCommerce store but after activating my Pinterest Plugin it is showing an Error – “Pinterest Rich Pins: Potential conflicting plugins • The following installed plugin(s) can potentially cause problems with Rich Pins: RankMath SEO. Remove conflicting plugins or manage Rich Pins settings.”

so I’ve deactivate the RankMath plugin for a while and warning disappeared but I can’t keep RankMath Deactivate always after activating the plugin this error again showing so I’m worried about this so please help me out how to resolve this issue.

Hello,

That message is expected as our plugin already adds the metadata for the Rich Pins for Pinterest so if you have our plugin and that other for the Rich Pins, it’s possible that a conflict between the two will cause issues on the website.
