Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for the issue you are facing.
We can see your account is upgraded now and we can see the Pro badge below your name.
So, please go to your Rank Math account and from there you need to download the Rank Math Pro plugin.
After installing Rank Math Free and Rank Math Pro on your site, you just need to go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and connect your Rank Math account with your Dashboard from there.
Then your site will get registered automatically and you can see that under the Websites section of Rank Math account.
