    Hi RankMath team,

    I can’t seem to update this plugin on my WordPress website. I’m getting the error below:

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Does it have something to do with my current subscription?

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Back to your issue, one possible reason for this error is trying to update the PRO version of the plugin while connected to your free account.
