Updating information in PRO ver of the RankMath

    Hi there,

    I have recently purchased the PRO version of the RankMath plugin. It is promised to deliver updates every 3 days. Last update I can see is from Aug/3 and today is Aug/9, 2023.

    Could you help me with this? It’s not cool, if you know what I mean.

    It seems like you purchased the PRO version with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
