Updated Credits Not Showing Up

    Hi, I keep receiving this error “You have used all the free credits which are allowed to this domain.” after I have purchased my subscription. How can I update my credits so they can show on my WordPress website?

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps carefully:

    • First, ensure you are logged in to the same account you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can check your account details here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
    • On this page, you should see the correct number of remaining credits for your Content AI. Here is an example of how it looks:
    • If the number of credits is correct on this page, but not on your website, you need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account on your WordPress dashboard. To do that, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the Disconnect button. Then, click the Connect button to reconnect your account. See these screenshots for reference: and
    • Finally, go to your Content AI page and refresh the credits count by clicking the Refresh button. This will sync your website with our server and show you the updated number of credits. Here is how to do it:
