Update to WordPress 6.2

    Rank Math free

    After updating to WordPress 6.2, we can no longer access our RankMath settings on the product, page and blog property pages.

    The RankMath section is still visible but remains collapsed.

    How can we solve this issue?

    We also updated our RankMath Pro subscription.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    As mentioned by you, you’re using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version. Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify and merge it?

    About the issue: I have tested on my testing environment and it works fine at my end. Would you please run the theme / plugin compatibility test as mentioned in this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
