    Hi,

    I am not able to download the latest RankMath Pro update. I keep receiving the following error:

    An error occurred while updating Rank Math SEO PRO: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Can you please tell me how to fix this?

    It seems like you have connected your website to one of the free accounts on Rank Math.

    Can you please share the email address of that Free account so we can merge it with your PRO account?
