Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please try to follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.
1. At first add the following filter to your website:
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
This is how it should look like:

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math
and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
However, as you mentioned that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I did not have any problems previously regarding this matter, so why now do I have to do all these procedures
I didn’t understand what happened?
Hello,
The steps we’ve shared above are just to create an analytics log so that we can check if the data is appearing properly or not. If you find the steps too much technical then we suggest you to check your Google Account connection by using the Test Connections button in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics:

If the dots become red then you’ll have to reconnect your Google account again by following the steps here: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token
If the still persists or the dots remain green then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
