To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
- Reset your WordPress permalinks by going to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save Changes without making any changes.
- Regenerate your sitemap by going to Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and changing the Link per Sitemap to 201 or anything else and then click Save Changes. You can change it later, this is just to regenerate your sitemap. You can follow this screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
- Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

my issue has not been solved i have followed same steps you told once i open sitemap link its showing same 404 page not found

We noticed that your sitemaps were not working because you did not have any content on your website. To test the sitemap functionality, we created a sample post and published it. After that, the sitemap started to show up correctly. You can see a screenshot of the sitemap here:
We have deleted the sample post and we have also excluded your sitemap from Litecache, which is a caching plugin that you have active on your site. You can check your sitemap yourself and see that it is working fine now.

Creating content on your website should create a sitemap automatically for you. Please try to create one page/post and check the sitemap link again.
