I have done SEO for my website tiltsynergyinc.com and i set site titles and descriptions. I also set up schemas for my website for rich results, but i can’t see the description i set up and also rich results are not there. Also there is other issue that in Bing, the title and site description are totally different than the ones i set up. Please help me here.

Your homepage’s schema is already validated upon checking using Google’s Rich Results test tool.
Please note that Google does not guarantee getting displayed on rich previews even if your schema meets all the requirements or using SEO plugins.
It is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not and when it thinks the Schema is relevant to the search term used. It depends on a lot of factors, authority, and backlinks being just the 2 of them.
Also, I’ve checked your homepage, and the meta title and description are already showing based on the settings you have in your page’s source code. You can also verify that using these tools:
