Unable to get AI subscription to work

    HI there,

    I just purchased the AI subscription but I can’t get it to work in WordPress. I’ve gone through all of the troubleshooting processes including clearing my cache, updating the plugin, ensuring the AI content toggle is on, etc.

    I’ve also tried logging out and logging back in. I’ve checked and it looks like RankMath is connected to my website as well. I’m not sure what else to try.

    To ensure that your Content AI subscription is working correctly, please follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
    2. Check your remaining credits by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account – Websites. Ensure that the credit count is accurate.
    3. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are some screenshots for reference:
