    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI.
    2. Refresh the credits by following the instructions provided in the screenshot below:

    After refreshing the credits, try generating the meta descriptions again. This should help resolve the issue you are facing.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.

    If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
