Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Shyam,
We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry for the trouble you are facing. We have looked into your issue and we have some suggestions for you.
First of all, we can see that you have successfully connected your rankmath.com account to the Rank Math plugin on your website. This means that you can access all the features and benefits of Rank Math on your site. Here is a screenshot of how your account looks like on our end:

However, we understand that you are having problems with connecting your Google Analytics account to Rank Math. This is a separate step that you need to do in order to see your website analytics data on your WordPress dashboard. To do this, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics on your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on the Connect Google Services button.
- You will be redirected to a Google login page where you need to sign in with the same email address that you use for your Google Analytics and Search Console account.
- You will then see a list of permissions that Rank Math needs to access your Google data. Click on Allow to grant these permissions.
- You will be redirected back to your WordPress dashboard where you will see a confirmation message that your Google services are connected.
- You can then choose which Google Analytics profile and view you want to use for your website from the drop-down menus.
- Click on Save Changes to complete the process.
You can find more details and screenshots of this process here.
We hope this helps you to resolve your issue. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We are always here to assist you.
Thank you for using Rank Math. Have a great day!
