unable to change meta description and Homepage in English Language disappeared

We have checked the Rest routes and can see that the Rank Math REST routes are being blocked by Wordfence installed on your site. Here’s a screenshot below for your reference:

my site is https://chatgpt4online.org/ When you type “chatgpt 4 online” in the search bar, my homepage in the original language that is English, doesn’t appear.

We searched on Google using the keyword “chatgpt 4 online” and can see that the translated version of the website https://chatgpt4online.org/de/ is truly ranking for this keyword instead of the main website at https://chatgpt4online.org/.

We went ahead to check the main website using the site: operator and can see that it is also indexed on Google. This means Google is already aware that the page exists.

To address this, you would need to optimize your content further with more quality and relevance for this intended keyword.
