Hello,
Please see sensitive data for all of my information.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www). You can reconnect it on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
Then, please make sure that the Google account you used to connect your Google Search Console profile is the same one you have used to verify your domain on GSC.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Thank you for your reply.
I followed your instructions, however. It is showing two listings now for the phoenixmktgstrategy.com. I cannot tell which one is the right one, because the URL is the same for both.
Regardless of which on I choose it is still showing Divine Mama Luv as the account for the analytics.
Please advise on how I should proceed.
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to us.
You can use any of the two properties since they’re the same. All you have to do is make sure that you have installed the analytic code of the property you choose. You can also use Rank Math to install the analytic code by going to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and enabling the Install Analytics Code option.
We hope this help clarify.
Hello,
I’m sorry. I still do not understand what I need to do. Is there a contact phone number for Rank Math Support, that I can call to get assistance in real-time. I have a feeling that this is an issue that can resolved much quicker, if I speak to someone on the phone. Kindly provide me with the support phone number.
Kind regards,
Keidra
