Tried different things to fix redirection feature but still not working at all. - Support

Our rediect feature was working fine till 13th March 2024 then suddenly stopped working. At the moment, I am able to enter the redirect links from one source to another (as usual) but when testing/view that redirection setup its landing me to same page which I wanted to redirected. All older redirects is also not working.

1. We do have latest Rankmath version.
2. Rested the redirection by switching off the links (redirect attachments) too.
3. Cleared server cache
4. Cleared application cache still showing same.
5. Recreated database tables too.
6. Uninstall that redirection feature and activated it again but still not working.

Could you please check and let us know the issue or how to resolve this asap?
