    Hello
    There is information on your side that your plugin is compatible with Translate Press. Unfortunately we have a big problem using it. We disable in your plugin /shop and /product-category part in urls but it not work for translated pages.
    So in the main language page we use for example link like box-fish.com/tubos translated page should be box-fish.com/en/snorkel but for translated pages product-category in url is not workin so the valid url is box-fish.com/en/product-category/snorkel
    Do you know why your pligin is not working properlybfor translated urls in Translatepress? please help me. thx

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please note that TranslatePress doesn’t support removing the category base and we don’t have any option in our plugin to force the translation plugin to use the short permalinks. In this case, you will have to keep the Remove Category Base option disabled to make the categories work in the secondary language.

    We have contacted the TranslatePress team to add the compatibility code in their plugin to fix this particular issue but haven’t heard back from them. However, this issue is not specific to the Rank Math plugin. Even with Yoast & Permmerce permalink manager, the same issues are seen where the translated slug page is not working.

    In this case, you can get in touch with TranslatePress and ask them to fix this. Since you are their customer, they will surely consider your request.
