I noticed that there are too many H1 tags on the homepage. This can negatively affect your website’s SEO and user experience. Having only one H1 tag per page and using other header tags (H2, H3, etc.) for subheadings is recommended. Consider reviewing and optimizing header tags to improve your website’s performance. Please help me to fix it

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

To fix the issue of having too many H1 tags on your homepage, you need to follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard and edit your homepage. You can do this by going to Pages > All Pages and selecting your homepage from the list.
    2. Switch to the HTML editor and look for the H1 tags in your page content. You can use the Ctrl+F or Cmd+F shortcut to find them easily. You should only have one H1 tag that contains the main title of your page. If you have more than one H1 tag, you need to change them to other header tags (H2, H3, etc.) depending on their level of importance and relevance.
    3. Save your changes and update your page.

This will ensure that your homepage has only one H1 tag and follows the best practices for SEO and user experience.

If you have any questions or issues, please feel free to contact us again. We are always happy to help.

Thank you for choosing Rank Math.
