We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Your theme, OceanWP adds its own meta title and description, so it conflicts with the Rank Math plugin. You should disable the OceanWP metadata and Rank Math metadata will work fine.

I strongly recommend you to ask their support since they will know way better what setting in their theme you must change to disable their metadata.
